I was going back and forth on the title of this post because I was afraid if I put something so blatantly clear about babies or baby showers you’d think I was pregnant. Well, I’m not pregnant! In fact, I am still not totally sure I want to have a baby, BUT that’s neither here nor there right now. What I do know is that every other day I’m hearing about someone getting pregnant (congrats, ladies!). Are we in a Baby Boom?! P.S. I LOVE that movie. One of my favorites.
This past weekend I helped host a baby shower for my dear friend, Monica. It was such a fun morning filled with lots of love, lots of laughs, and adorable little baby goodies (and one too many macarons, if I’m being honest!). A few of us set up for the shower and it was honestly so much fun. This was my first baby shower, and in being TOTALLY objective, I thought our decor was fabulous and super cute. The theme was Paris because Monica loves all things Paris, and it turned out great. You can see some photos here.
When we were planning the shower, we had a shared Pinterest board going on with ideas, and oh my goodness the options are endless when it comes to baby showers. WOW. Since I presume more than a few of you will be going to baby showers in the coming months and possibly planning one at some point, I’ve pulled together some of my favorite inspiration shots for this adorably, fun event. You guys were the best hostess and made the best baby shower EVER seriously!!!! I would never be able to thank you enough 🙂 And I agree there is some kind of baby boom it is insane. I am just going for my first but there are people going for their 2nd and 3rd! So insane!!!!
