Bed Head

I don’t know about you, but when I wake up in the morning, my hair is far from perfect. In fact, it’s extremely unperfect. I used to always shower in the a.m. (don’t get ahead of yourself, that doesn’t mean I would wash my hair every morning…heck I’d be lucky if I washed it twice a week. I kid I kid), but the past couple months I’ve been a nighttime shower gal. I’ll go to the gym, come home sweaty (sexy, I know), then jump in the shower and typically wash my hair every other day. Dry shampoo is my bestie.

So, that whole bed head thing. I sleep with my hair pulled up and out of my face, and when I wake up in the morning, I kinda just let it do its thing. If its on its ‘A game’ that day, then down my hair will go (with a little hairspray and/or texturizing spray). But if it’s not, you better believe its going in a messy bun pretty much the entire day. Sometimes I wonder is it the pillow? Do silk pillowcases help bed head? I don’t know; I may have made that up. Is it the sheets? No, probably not. Oh of course, it’s the mattress! No but really.

The better your mattress,  the better you sleep. The better you sleep, the more refreshed you wake up. And the more refreshed you wake up, the better your hair looks! It’s not rocket science, guys. It’s TRUE.
