How the HECK is it already August?! I can’t wrap my head around that one, guys. However, what I can wrap my head around is that the #ClassPassChallenge is kicking off TODAY. I’m pumped, and I hope you join in on the fun.

As I mentioned in this post, I’ve teamed up with ClassPass and 3 other bloggers for a fun challenge the month of August. We will be trying 1 new thing every day in August, and you should, too! I know 1 new thing everyday is quite a commitment, so do as much or as little as you can (even just 1 new thing the entire month will be fine!). Pick that new thing (a new recipe, a new workout class, a new gym via ClassPass, a new activity, so forth and so on…), take a photo of you doing that new thing or if you don’t want to be in the photo you don’t have to be, but still need a photo of some sort, and make sure to use the hashtag #ClassPassChallenge on Instagram and/or Twitter. Each time you do that you’ll be entered in to win some pretty a-mazing prizes, such as 3 free months to ClassPass, and more! If you do post all 31 days, you’ll get a bonus entry, as well.  You’re limited to 31 eligible entries (1 per day) and this is only open to those in the US at this time. The ClassPass Blog will have the official rules and details, so be sure to check that out. And, of course, if you just want to jump on the ClassPass bandwagon, you can purchase a package HERE.

I’ll be updating my ‘new things’ in this post throughout the month if you want to keep checking back, and I’ll be posting various ones on Instagram and Twitter throughout the month, as well. I’ll also be sharing via Snapchat OF COURSE (username: jlb4567).

1. Tried a Body Rock Pilates class (loved it!)

3. I did THIS Barre video.

4. Made my first green smoothie (following this recipe for inspiration, and adding some Vega protein powder).

5. Photo shoot for my new website (which launches next week!)

6. Tried a General Tso’s tofu dish (didn’t love it!).

7. Tried a flow yoga class I hadn’t taken before with an instructor I’d never gone to before. Loved it!

8. I made this recipe, and it was mediocre, but that’s my fault because I didn’t put the cilantro pesto on it!

9. Tried my first rowing class at Row Studios.

10. Figured out some new things on my new website (coming very soon!).

11. Tried DEFINE Yoga for the first time.

12. Tried a Jazzercise Strike class. So fun!

13. Watched HBO’s ‘The Night Of‘ for the first time, and now I can’t stop!

14. Listened to a new podcast while cleaning.

15. Cooked a new recipe (quinoa sweet potato bean chili – delicious!)

16. Tried a yoga class with a new (to me) instructor. So good!

17. Did my first Instagram takeover (for Market Street).

18. Started my volunteer program.

19. Tried DEFINE’s Revolution class for the first time.

20. Tried a new restaurant (and a new salad at the restaurant – delicious!)

21. Broke a sweat on a Sunday (I’m sure I’ve done this before at some point, but it’s clearly been a while because I can’t remember when the last time was that I worked out on a Sunday!!!)

22. Tried a new yoga flow class (LOVED)!

23. Tried a new (to me) pilates reformer studio.

24. Enjoyed a grilled cauliflower dish I had never had.

25. Got brunch with a new friend.

26. Watched lots of new (to me) movies.

27. Tried a new Sushi/Japanese restaurant.

28. Started a new book.

29. Tried a new reformer pilates class.

30. Had a new vegetable soup for dinner (delicious!!)

31. Tried a new yoga class.
