Caramelized Brussels Sprouts with Lemon

My current food obsession would have to be brussels sprouts. I honestly used to be disgusted by the thought of them, but once you try them at Uchi (Dolce Vita coming in at a close second), your life is forever changed (this is not an exaggeration; they seriously are the best things you’ve ever eaten). My boyfriend’s mom has a delicious and super easy recipe, as well, that she made recently, and I’ll be making it soon. Ok let’s be honest, I’m likely not cooking again until we move to our new place. Not sure if that’s a good excuse, but I feel it’s valid. Here are some brussels sprouts recipes I’m pumped to try out, and if you have any you love, feel free to send them my way!

I recently discovered that I really like brussel sprouts too, I usually have them roasted with garlic and olive oil.

I have a major brussles sprouts obsession (actually, I’m not sure that word even covers it). I make them at least twice a week–a friend at work and I even alternate bringing them in for each other, so we have them every day!

I have never really been a fan of brussels sprouts and usually just have a token two on Christmas Day but these suggestions certainly sound delicious especially the first one.

I had Brussels sprouts last night, actually. Sauteed with butter + onion and then tossed with Mediterranean quinoa. Not bad! Love these recipes, though- will have to add ’em to the list. 🙂
