This past Sunday it was GORGEOUS in Houston. And I mean GORGEOUS. So, instead of staying inside, binge watching The People v. O.J. Simpson (which, by the way, I watched and finished a few days ago, and I can’t stop talking about it, so if you want to discuss it, I’d LOVE to), Matthew and I decided to venture out.
We drove out to The Woodlands and spent a few hours on Market Street. If you aren’t familiar with The Woodlands, it’s about 30 minutes outside of Houston, and totally beautiful. I’m talking endless amounts of trees and so much greenery. And then there’s Market Street, right across from The Woodlands Mall, which I had been to once before, but hadn’t actually walked around, until this past Sunday. And, you guys, I’m kind of obsessed. It’s so cute and has tons of great shopping and restaurants, and it was just such a nice afternoon.
I’m going to be partnering with Market Street for the next few months, as one of their ambassadors, and I’m really excited to share with you all my favorite finds, stores, and eats on the ‘street,’ starting with…Cos Bar! And, hey, don’t leave the page if you don’t live in the Houston area because you can find Cos Bar in other cities, as well, such as Aspen, NYC, Carmel, and more.
Cos Bar is a luxury cosmetics and skincare boutique, which carries some of the very best lines (i.e. Tata Harper, Bobbi Brown, By Terry, Clé de Peau, Deborah Lippmann, Laura Mercier, RéVive, and SO much more). It’s basically a little slice of heaven if you’re into this stuff (they have things for men, too!).
Rodin is a newer line for Cos Bar, and I’m dying to try the face oil!
They also recently started carrying Tata Harper, which is simply one of the very best.
I hadn’t heard of these Artis brushes until I went to Cos Bar, but I can’t wait to try one. They look AMAZING.
I have been hearing about TEMPTU Airbrush Makeup for a little while now, so I was thrilled to learn that Cos Bar carries it. This might be the next thing making its way into my makeup collection, just FYI.
Creed is one of my all time favorite fragrance lines. I used to wear Spring Flowers ALL.THE.TIME. LOVE it.
My mom turned me onto Giorgio Armani lip glosses. Big fan.
Tom Ford lipsticks. Enough said.
They also carry Tom Ford fragrances, which, to be honest, I have yet to try, but some of them smelled DIVINE.
Aside from beauty and skincare items, Cos Bar also sells candles and gift items. I could have spent hours in the store, but Matthew was ready to get back and watch The Masters.
