My Favorite Sweater
I have a love-hate relationship with sweaters. It’s kind of like Goldilocks and her porridge. One was too hot, one was too cold, and finally she found the perfect one. Well, that’s how I am with sweaters! One sweater makes me too hot, one sweater doesn’t keep me warm enough, one sweater is itchy, one sweater’s neck chokes me, one is too short, and so on. So, when I end up finding the perfect sweater I feel I need to shout it from the roof tops.
I was walking in and out of stores the other day – on the hunt for the perfect sweater. And once I found said perfect sweater the plan was to scoop it up in multiple colors and then I’d wear it on heavy rotation. I wasn’t having great luck. Until I found it!
As I walked into Anthropologie, I went around touching all the sweaters that seemed like decent options, and stopped in my tracks when I felt the one. I didn’t get my hopes up, though, because, well, #sweaters.
I ran to try it on, and I found my sweater of the season! It is the Lassen Cowl Neck Pullover. It is so insanely soft, NOT itchy, the perfect weight, ideal length, and while I was hesitant about the neck, it’s perfection. It comes in four colors, but right now it looks like only two of them are in stock. And I adore the sleeve detail.
So, this is me screaming from the rooftops that I found my favorite sweater!! YAY.
