Ever since I decided to move back to Houston (back in February) I obsessively started looking for interior design inspiration for the new apartment. I knew I wasn’t moving until April, but figured there’s no harm in starting to look early. Even though I had lived in other apartments before, this one felt different since I was moving in with a boy. I was so excited to decorate and purchase accessories. I am very happy with how it turned out, but I’m still always keeping my eye out for ways to spruce it up even more. I mentioned Stone Textile Studio in a previous post of mine, but I’m really excited to feature multiple products of theirs today. I absolutely love their elegant and chic pieces. I was lucky enough to talk to the owner and designer, Elizabeth Mollen, and she gave me some insight into a few of my favorites from the beautiful collection.
‘The Dip pillow was one of the first designs I did for the debut collection and I was honored when House Beautiful Magazine featured it in their February issue as one of their “best” picks. It is inspired by lines from a vintage dress I have.’
‘The Four Square is one of our classic styles and it was fun to see it done in a bright color for summer. Would be perfect for a beach house or kids room.’
‘The acrylic layers napkin ring is a great statement piece for your table. They have a flat bottom edge so they can stand on your plate.’
‘Similar to the Mint Four Square, the Diamond Print is also one of our signature Stone Textile styles. It was fun to experiment with color here. The napkins are perfect for summer entertaining!’
‘Our throws have been very popular so I wanted to design one in a lighter color way. Would make a perfect baby gift and be a great addition to a nursery or natural colored living room.’
Thank you for the feature Julie! Looks great!
