egg frenzy

I love eggs. I love them for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and I love them in various forms. The other day I ate the most delicious egg dish, the Migas from Tiny Boxwood’s (pictured above). It got me inspired to experiment with egg recipes outside of the traditional scrambled or omelet versions I tend to always turn to. I started researching recipes, and I found a few that look absolutely fabulous. I can’t wait to make a couple of them this weekend.
