What’s more relaxing and peaceful than drifting off into the most amazing daydream? I think of it as a form of meditation. Even though, technically during meditation, you’re not supposed to think about anything beyond focusing on your breath, how your body feels and such, when you daydream it’s another form of meditation, at least to me. My mind wanders to a tranquil, happy place. Whether it be a memory or something I envision happening, I love a good ol’ daydream.
Now, imagine my excitement when Elum Designs (i.e. my favorite stationery line…ever) reached out to me to send me some items from their latest collection, ANDÂ the collection was inspired by a daydream. ‘Whimsically flowing watercolors and carefree pen strokes in a flush of lavender, deep navy, pear, and sorbet capture the essence of a waking dream.’ Yes, sounds like pure heaven, I know. As well, Elum Designs just launched their first ever desk collection, which is equally as beautiful as their stationery, with the additions of stunning pops of rose gold. Basically, this is a stationery addict’s (guilty!) dream.
