Exercise Motivation While Traveling

It can be difficult to keep up a workout regimen while traveling. You’re not in your usual surroundings, your schedule isn’t what it normally is, and sometimes it’s simply a lack of motivation. Starting this weekend, I’m away every other weekend, more or less, for the next couple months. And I’ve already been thinking about how the hell am I supposed to keep up with my work out schedule while going away so much. In a couple weeks, I’ll be posting my all time favorite no equipment workouts perfect for travel and steps how to do each, but for today I’m giving you some motivational words to help you keep up with your workout plan no matter where you are.

Oh I am with you! It is so difficult to work out while traveling. I am not really a gym person so having a gym in my hotel does nothing for me. What I do is maybe a plank in the am and some seatups. Also I always try to walk. Even when I am in town I park far or try to walk form place to place. The little walking here and there can help a little while I can’t go to pilates 🙂

P.s. Hope to see you soon!!!! And when I do we need to go to a restaurant with amazing avocado dishes 🙂
