Gift Guide: The Best Gifts for Men
The countdown is ON. Both Hanukkah and Christmas are going to be here before we know it, so if you haven’t started shopping, now is the time. Today it’s all about the men in our life. They can be tricky to shop for!! I’ve pulled together some tried and true favorites, many of which the men in my life already own and love! Keep on reading…
1. New Mac Candle / If you’re confused on this one, well, I was, too, when I first heard about it. My brother and husband (both Apple fanatics) stumbled upon this candle and purchased multiples for their ‘man caves.’ The reason I was confused is because, for starters, I didn’t know new computers had a smell, and secondly, if they did, I’m not sure I’d want that in a candle. However, to my surprise, the candle smells delicious, and your man would love it (especially if they love all things Apple).
2. Topshop Wool Blend Curved Cap / I’m a big fan of a guy in a hat, and this one has such a cool feel to it, as it’s wool and grey (one of my favs!) and already curved. This will certainly take your man’s outfit to the next level. It screams cool.
3. Brew: Better Coffee at Home / I don’t, personally, drink coffee, but Matthew has to have at least 1 cup a day. We go through phases in our household. He’ll make coffee at home for a couple weeks on end, and then it’ll be back to Starbucks. However, I’m thinking of getting him this book to inspire him to get back into the coffee making routine. While I don’t drink it, I certainly love the smell of it in the morning.
4. ‘Heritage’ Backpack / I love backpacks, in general. And especially on a guy. However, it has to be a stylish backpack that looks cool, not dorky. This one, in particular, I adore.
5. Syd Sunglasses / Just like women, men can never own too many sunglasses (or so I think). This pair is stylish and neutral. They would look good any day of the week.
6. Happy Socks / I’ve gotten Happy Socks for my dad, my father-in-law, Matthew, and my brother. And they all LOVE them. The patterns are all so fun, and they’re exponentially more exciting to wear under pants than boring old ones.
7. Smart Tech Accessories and Cables Case / It’ll hold all their tech accessories and cables, so if your man travels a lot (or even if he doesn’t) this one will certainly come in handy.
8. B&O Play H7 Wireless Over Ear Headphones / A good pair of headphones is a must have, and this pair is so stylish, too. If your man is in the market for headphones, these might just be the ones.
9. Creed ‘Green Irish Tweed’ Cologne / Creed is one of my favorite fragrances for both men and women, and this scent in particular is fantastic (or at least I believe this is the one I’m thinking of, but if not, they are all amazing!). Some of them are a bit of a splurge for cologne, but totally worth it.
10. Grey Striped Scarf / Chilly days are here, and a warm scarf is something any guy in your life would love to receive. How fab is this one?
11. Mesnil Cuff / This bracelet is a beauty. I love arm candy for a guy if it’s something as stylish as this one.
12. Vince Raw Edge Hoodie / Vince makes some of the best men’s apparel, and this hoodie is no exception. This might also be something I’ll be getting for Matthew! Matthew, hope you’re not reading this.
13. Apple Watch Anchor Charging Pad / A good looking, sleek charging pad for your man’s Apple watch is sure to be a hit of a gift.
14. Vinyl Record Player / How amazing is this one? I honestly might buy it for myself (oops!), but really, your man will LOVE this if he’s a music guy.
15. Coldplay – A Head Full of Dreams on Vinyl / To go with the record player (or if he already has one), get some great vinyls for him, such as Coldplay’s ‘A Head Full of Dreams.’
