I know I’m not the only one who felt like yesterday was actually Tuesday, so the fact that today is Friday feels more than amazing (if only every week could be a short one…). The week before New Year’s was a perfect one. I did very little work and took advantage of the free time I had. From lunch with friends to hours on the couch to quality time with Matthew to activities around the city, it was wonderful. Even though my birthday is exactly two weeks after New Year’s, I still get sad when the holidays are over. I’m looking forward to this weekend because tonight I have a fun dinner planned and tomorrow I’m going to a Bacon Brunch (yes, you read that correctly…a bacon brunch…yum). Have a great weekend!
an afternoon spent at The Museum of Fine Arts (love this desk set up)
an afternoon spent at The Museum of Fine Arts (such a beautiful painting)
an incredible restaurant with an even more incredible atmosphere (Hearsay Gastro Lounge)
Kobe beef hot dog, parmesan fries, mac n’ cheese (also from Hearsay)
dinner with friends (Matthew in his new purple sweater which seems to match my purple nail polish)
I hope you have a lovely weekend as well 😉

My favorite part of my Christmas “break” was spending hours on the couch, too! Haha–I feel like I NEVER get to do that anymore, so it was such a nice veg moment. Also, I need to know what that restaurant is…it’s simply stunning!
