If you know me or have been following along with my blog for some time now, you know I’m obsessed with meatballs (as mentioned here, here, and here). It’s gotten to the point that friends of mine text me any time they eat a meatball or pass a meatball restaurant in NYC. I can’t help it, though, I could seriously eat meatballs everyday if it was a healthy thing to do. I’m so excited because a week from today we’ll be moving into our new place, and I really can’t wait to spend time in my new kitchen and cook. I don’t even know the last time I cooked, I’m embarrassed to say. I’m in the process of looking up all sorts of recipes to make, and of course ones that incorporate meatballs are at the top of my list. Here are the ones I’m currently inspired to try.
Kofta Meatballs with Sweet and Sour Cherry Sauce
Sora’s Wagyu Meatballs with Mozzarella and Brussels Sprouts

Those look great. I bet you could substitute ground chicken if you’re into more healthy eating, like “less red meat”!!!
or ground turkey!!!
Ahaha that’s such a different thing to be obsessed with, I love it. Also I may be imagining it but I think I smell meatballs..

I’m lucky–my mom makes literally the BEST meatballs ever, so I’ve never had to experiment with other recipes. However, turkey meatballs are a whole different story–those look so good!

Always looking for new recipes. The Turkey Meatball Soup is something I might try. (Deanna’s daughter)
I hope you’re planning to share the new kitchen with us too 🙂
You’re giving me something fantastic to do with the ground turkey calling for cooking from our freezer. The soup up top looks great, and would finally put a dent in our CSA boxes insane potato haul! Nice little round-up. 🙂
