Ok, everyone needs to stop what they’re doing, head to their local drugstore, and pick up Shea Moisture Hand & Body Scrub. The other day I was in Walgreen’s looking for a hand exfoliator because somehow a couple of my friends and I got into the discussion about hands and how they are the first place you’ll really see if someone is aging (ah!). I knew this, but I never really thought too much about it. Well, now that I’m turning 30 (not until January, but still), I gotta think about these things! SO, I’m in Walgreen’s and I come across Shea Moisture Hand & Body Scrub. I had never heard of this stuff, but I read the packaging and I was sold. For starters, it says it’s a sugar scrub that exfoliates and repairs while leaving skin soft and youthful looking (keyword being ‘youthful’). SOLD! I was also very happy with the fact that there are no parabens, no animal testing, no sulfates, no synthetic fragrance, and a bunch of other good things were listed on the package, but those were the ones that stuck out to me. Once I decided this was the product for me, it was then deciding on the scent. I decided on ‘Argan Oil and Raw Shea’ because I’m obsessed with the smell of Moroccan Oil (which has argan oil in it), and the others seemed too ‘fancy’ (and by ‘fancy’ I just mean there was at least one ‘flavor’ in them that I wasn’t a huge fan of). For under $10, you really can’t go wrong with this stuff. I use it every other day on my hands, and I’ve started using it on my legs and arms, as well, a few times a week. Silky smooth, baby!
