As I’ve previously mentioned, I’m loving brussels sprouts these days. I used to not be able to stand the sight of them, but now I can’t get enough. I came across this recipe the other day, and I decided to recreate it but with brussels sprouts instead of cauliflower and with light ranch instead of blue cheese. If you’re looking for a different (and slightly healthier) take on buffalo chicken wings I urge you to try this.
