Do you procrastinate when it comes to buying gifts? Well, if so, THIS is the gift guide for you. I will say, I deserve a pat on the back because I’ve gotten all my holiday gifts out of the way and done with! Amazing, right?
*pats self on back*
Keep scrolling for my top 10 last minute gifts and why each of them made the cut (and you can find all locally or very quickly via Amazon Prime, and no this post is NOT sponsored by Amazon, but would be totally cool if it was! ). This will be my last official gift guide of the season, BUT I have plenty of good posts in the works for the rest of 2015, don’t you worry! AND don’t forget to check out my other gift guides if you haven’t yet: Beauty, Drinker, Home, Activewear, Cool Girl, Men’s, Reading + Writing, Foodie
1. Holiday Movies (The Holiday, Love Actually, Christmas Vacation): There’s nothing better this time of year than cozying up on the couch and watching a good movie. It’s simply the best. Give me a warm, fuzzy blanket, a glass of wine, and put on a holiday-themed movie, and I’m one happy girl. Yes, I know, Netflix is everything these days, but there’s still something about receiving actual DVDs. Buy a few for your friend, wrap them in a pretty bow, and there you have it.
2. Champagne: Nothing says celebration quite like a bottle of bubbly. Instead of bringing a regular bottle of wine to the party, bring the champagne!
3. Staedtler Pensand An Adult Coloring Book: I haven’t gotten myself an ‘adult coloring book’ yet, but I keep hearing rave reviews. Apparently it’s therapeutic, and we all know, I love my therapy. This is a fun gift to get and you can easily find it at most art/craft stores, book stores, and so on (and don’t forget the fun pens/markers!).
4. Flowers: This is an obvious one. You can NEVER go wrong with flowers.
5. Gift Card: A gift card is always a great idea. Whether it’s to Amazon, Apple, a restaurant, a clothing store, or just an Amex/Visa gift card; that way, they can pick out whatever they’d like!
6. Popcorn Tin: I LOVE popcorn. It’s definitely my favorite snack. I would be thrilled to receive a popcorn tin, no joke. And you can find these things literally everywhere (Walgreens, CVS, you name it..).
7. Dylan’s Candy Bar Chocolate Squares: Even if you don’t have a Dylan’s Candy Bar where you live, you can order via Amazon (obviously!), and the gift of chocolate is definitely a good one.
8. Oops!: Shameless plug, I know! However, in being totally objective, this is a great gift idea for the 20something in your life. Get it ASAP via Amazon Prime! YAY!
9. OPI Mini All Stars 2015 Set: I got the 2014 set last year and LOVE it. Because I can be so fickle with my nail polish colors, I like having so many options, and in case I don’t love a color, well it’s a mini bottle, so who cares?! This you can find at most beauty stores (and some drug stores), as well.
10. Paris in Color: One can never own too many coffee table books. I LOVE receiving them. This is an easy to find item and I especially love the cover of ‘Paris in Color.’ How fun and, well, colorful!
