Thoughts from my desk…

Thoughts

It has been a CRAZY end of 2013. Between a major Be The Light New York event we had here in Houston, Roz’s new site going up soon, wedding planning, getting our loft done, and everything in between, my poor little blog has totally fallen by the wayside (and I totally forgot its 2nd blog birthday 2 weeks ago – ugh I’m a terrible mother).

I’m not going to give a whole spiel (yiddish for ‘a long speech’) about how so many great and exciting things are coming in 2014 for the blog, and so on and so forth. Because the truth is, I haven’t planned that far yet. Guilty! However, I will say that I will still be blogging absolutely 100%. I love blogging. And I love all of you! I also want to say thank you so much for coming on this fun ride with FPTP.

Of course, I could blog everyday still, but I don’t want to put up a post JUST to put up a post. I want to put up a post when it’s a GREAT post and an inspired post. One week I may blog daily, and the next I may blog once. I know I’m like breaking the cardinal rule of blogging here (‘Blog Consistently!’). Guilty again!

I do hope you keep following along whether by reading my blog or following me on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. I appreciate each and every one of you. Here’s to an incredible 2014! Happy Holidays to all of you. Chat soon. xo, Julie

I couldn’t agree more Julie! I’ve been a really bad blogger this month, between shopping, decorating and entertaining I just didn’t have a spare moment left over to focus on my blog. I would never blog just for the sake of putting a post up because I’d rather have fewer posts of amazing quality than many with no great content. I can’t wait for all the exciting things awaiting you in the new year! And I can’t wait to read about them when you get the chance to post!
